Our teams from Amundi Technology attended the event alongside Fund Channel and the teams from Amundi Services & Solutions, and 1400+ other influential leaders. 

During these two days, our teams presented our solutions and exchanged ideas around Artificial Intelligence, Investment Solutions, Business Operations and of course Technology. 

Olivier Bouteille, our Chief Client Officer, joined a round table led by Marie Dzanis, Veteran CEO, on how operational leaders can minimise risk from front to back.

Here are some highlights of the discussion: 

1. Uncertainty is the only certainty we have.  
2. Human expertise is key: AI will not replace humans, humans with AI will replace humans. We need to acknowledge the expertise of people and nuture it. 
3. We'll be facing in the coming years a massive wealth transfer. Technology has given retail investors access to financial markets. 

In the end, the biggest risk is doing nothing.
