Amundi Technology's journey began by crafting solutions for our own success. We designed the ALTO platforms that span a wide spectrum of investment strategies and asset classes.

Since the creation of Amundi and thanks to a successful development track record based on successive acquisitions and integrations, Amundi implemented a unique technology strategy to develop internally, investment and distribution platforms, and offer them to the investment industry. These platforms are called ALTO and cover all major investment strategies, asset classes, and the entire front-to-back value chain driven by strong continuous investment

In 2021, Amundi Technology has been created to accelerate the design, development, promotion and commercialization of these platforms. Amundi Technology is based on an outstanding and agile organization with talents and worldwide capabilities thanks to 900 IT experts close to business teams and clients.

Benjamin Lucas, CEO

CEO Amundi Technology, Amundi Exco Member: 20+ years' experience in Wealth and Asset Management industry. Joins Amundi from KPMG, where he was the UK Head of Asset Management, and the global head of Asset Management consulting. Extensive experience in the transformation of financial institutions.

Arnaud Fricaudet, Deputy CEO

Deputy CEO Amundi Technology: 30+ years’ experience in IT and the asset management industry. Joins from Amundi where he was the IT director following Amundi's acquisition of Pioneer Investments. Prior roles at Crédit Agricole Asset Management where he was head of IT research and development.

Olivier Bouteille, Chief Client Officer

Chief Client Officer: 20+ years experience in financial industry management. Joins from Amundi Asset Mangement UK, where he was COO and Deputy CEO. Prior roles as Global Chief Information Officer and Digital Transformation Lead at Natixis Investment Managers, and UK's COO at Natixis CIB.

Denny Dewnarain, Chief Product Officer

Chief Product Officer: 25+ years in sell side and buy side software industry. Leadership in Product Strategy and Business solution transformation. Joins from Finastra and Orchestrade, where he was Head of Product Strategy and Global head for Treasury and Capital Markets business line.

Guillaume Fay, Global Head of Corporate Development and Transformation

Head of Corporate Development and Transformation: 15+ years’ experience in CIB, Wealth and Asset Management. Joins Amundi from BCG where he was a key pillar for the Financial Institution and Technology Advantage practices. Extensive experience in the transformation of financial institutions.

Oum-kaltoum N’diaye, Head of HR

HR Divisional manager for Operations Services & Technology: +10 years’ experience in financial sector. Joins from Amundi Asset management where she was HR manager for support & control functions. Prior roles in Investment Banking and Credit Agricole Sa, recruitment and HR business Partner.

Rashmi Shroff, Chief Operating Officer

Chief Operating Officer: 20+ years’ experience in IT and the asset management industry. Joins from Société Générale Securities Services where he was overseeing significant transformational programs especially on digital. Prior roles at Lyxor Asset Management where he was head of the IT department.

Peter Salvage, Global Head of Consulting Relations and Strategic Partnerships

Head of Consulting Relations and Partnerships: 20+ years in asset management technology and servicing. Joins from SaaS front-office tech firm Enfusion, where he was part of the team that took the company public. Previously held global product head roles at Bank of New York and Citibank.

Emmanuel Asfar, Co-Head R&D

Global Head of Software Development: Lead architect of the Amundi Technology platform since its inception. Built technology supporting Europe’s largest asset manager and dealing desk and architected the solution for 50+ external clients. Degrees from Supélec and the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Marwan Khalil, Co-Head R&D

Co-Head R&D focusing on architecture and technology and two ALTO Platforms: Wealth & Distribution and Employee Savings and Retirement. 27+ years’ experience in capital market’s technology. Joins from Murex where he created the Architecture Consulting practice and led the Core Technology team.
